the setting and view were breathtaking, overlooking an antique church. the hotel suite was very comfortable and the staff was attentive and responded well to all of our needs. the spa was also great. I highly recommend getting a massage; it was worth it!

Spending New Year's Eve at a lovely hotel with an amazing spa and great restaurant was the best decision. Located in front of a beautiful church and a park, the hotel offers stunning views of the city. The staff was very attentive and helpful, always willing to make our stay even better. We also enjoyed the art gallery showcasing pieces from renowned Mexican artists.
The lack of hot water on the first day. However, the staff was quick to react and fix the issue right away.

The staff were very attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel's bar has a great view of a beautiful old church, which provides a peaceful atmosphere. The spa services were excellent, and I had a fantastic 90-minute massage. Additionally, this hotel is located in a picturesque area with huge trees and park just across the street.

This cozy boutique hotel features a perfect location with a beautiful antique church just across the street, a big park with huge trees next to it, and a little church right in front of it. the staff provides attentive service and the spa is great, with a 90-minute massage being a highlight. the suites are very comfortable with exquisite details. you can taste gourmet fusion dishes in the restaurant overlooking the park.
We experienced a minor inconvenience with the hot water not working in our suite, but the staff acted fast and resolved the issue right away.

This small and exclusive hotel has a beautiful garden area where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. the spa & wellness center exceeded my expectations, providing me with an amazing massage that was truly luxurious. the private facilities in my room were exceptional, offering a comfortable and stylish stay.
the service was good overall, but there were some small mistakes made by the staff that could have been easily avoided.
